These Terms of Service govern your use of the EKATVA with Sneha website and the services made available through it.

By accessing the website, creating an account or booking a service you agree to these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms you should not use the website or book a service through it.

EKATVA with Sneha provides yoga and wellness practices designed to support individual practice, awareness and wellbeing.

Services may include personalized online yoga sessions and in person Sound Therapy sessions as well as other programs or offerings published through the website from time to time.

The availability, format, duration, location and capacity of individual programs may vary. The details displayed for a particular program at the time of booking form part of that booking.

Some website features may require an account.

You are responsible for providing accurate information and maintaining appropriate security over access to your account.

You must not use another person's account without permission or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website.

EKATVA may restrict or suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the website or the integrity of its services.

The website may allow you to create or access your account using Google Sign In.

When you use this feature you authorize the authentication process necessary to connect your Google identity with your EKATVA account.

Your use of your Google account remains subject to Google's applicable terms and policies.

Programs and sessions are subject to availability.

The website may display available dates, times, duration, participant capacity and other information relevant to a particular offering.

You are responsible for reviewing the details of a session before confirming your booking.

A booking is associated with the program, date and time selected during the booking process.

Availability may change and a place is not guaranteed until the booking has been successfully confirmed by the system.

Online yoga sessions require a suitable internet connection and a device capable of accessing the session.

You are responsible for preparing a safe and appropriate space for your practice and for ensuring that your equipment and internet connection are suitable.

You should participate according to your own ability and communicate any relevant concerns before or during the session where appropriate.

Sound Therapy sessions offered as personal sessions are conducted in person at the location specified or agreed for the booking.

Sound Therapy is not currently provided as an online service.

If group Sound Therapy sessions or other formats become available their venue, availability and relevant conditions will be published with the applicable program.

A booking may only be cancelled before the calendar date on which the booked session is scheduled.

Once the date of the booked session has begun the booking is no longer cancellable.

For example if a session is booked for 6:00 PM on September 10 the cancellation must be completed no later than September 9. It cannot be cancelled on September 10 even if the scheduled session time has not yet started.

Users are responsible for reviewing their booking details and completing any permitted cancellation within the available cancellation period.

A cancellation is only considered completed when it has been successfully processed through the available cancellation method or otherwise confirmed by EKATVA.

Where rescheduling is available it may depend on program availability and the conditions shown for the relevant service.

A request to reschedule does not guarantee that another date or time will be available.

EKATVA may provide additional rescheduling conditions for particular programs where necessary.

Occasionally a session may need to be changed, rescheduled or cancelled due to circumstances affecting the availability of the teacher or the ability to provide the service.

Where reasonably possible affected participants will be informed using the contact information associated with their booking.

Where an alternative session is appropriate EKATVA may offer another available date or time.

Yoga and wellness practices involve personal participation and may include physical movement, breathing practices, relaxation, meditation and other techniques depending on the session.

You are responsible for participating within your own capacity and for communicating when a practice does not feel appropriate for you.

You should stop participating if you experience significant pain, dizziness or unusual discomfort.

If you have concerns about whether a practice is appropriate for you you should seek advice from an appropriately qualified healthcare professional before participating.

The information and services provided by EKATVA are intended for yoga, wellness and educational purposes.

They are not medical services and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

Nothing provided through the website or during a session should be interpreted as medical advice or as a replacement for advice, diagnosis or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.

EKATVA aims to provide accurate information about its programs, schedules and services.

Information may occasionally need to be corrected or updated. EKATVA reserves the right to correct errors and update program information where reasonably necessary.

Material changes affecting an existing confirmed booking will be communicated where appropriate.

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not interfere with its operation or with another person's use of the service.

You must not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, accounts, databases or administrative functionality.

You must not deliberately interfere with website security or availability.

Unless otherwise stated the website content associated with EKATVA including written material, branding, graphics and original educational content belongs to EKATVA with Sneha or is used with appropriate permission.

You may use website content for your own personal and noncommercial purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected EKATVA content without prior permission.

The website may rely on third party services for functions such as authentication, hosting, email delivery, data storage and media delivery.

EKATVA is not responsible for interruptions or failures that are outside its reasonable control.

Links to external websites are provided for convenience where applicable and do not make EKATVA responsible for the content or practices of those websites.

EKATVA aims to keep the website and booking services available but continuous or uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.
